Shipping Policy

At Wolfsburg Parts Direct, we strive to ship every order as quickly and accurately as possible. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Times
In-stock items typically ship within 24 hours of order placement (Monday–Friday).
Weekend orders are processed the next business day.
If an item is not in stock, it must be ordered from the manufacturer. This usually takes 2–3 business days for us to receive, after which it will be shipped immediately.
Some parts may take up to 5–6 business days to arrive from the manufacturer.
Orders are generally shipped complete unless otherwise requested.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
Ground shipping usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
Expedited options such as Overnight or 2-Day Air are available at additional cost. Please note that if a part is not in stock and expedited shipping is needed, PLEASE CONTACT US for a more accurate delivery time!
Oversized or heavy items may incur additional shipping charges. You will be contacted for approval before shipment.
We may substitute carriers at our discretion to reduce cost or improve delivery time.
Transit times are not guaranteed for ground or oversized shipments once the order leaves our facility.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the continental United States only.
International and APO/FPO addresses are not supported.
We do not ship COD (Cash on Delivery).
Backorders and Discontinued Parts
In the event a part is backordered or discontinued, we will contact you promptly and do our best to locate an alternative source or offer a refund.
Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
Inspect all packages thoroughly upon receipt. Wolfsburg Parts Direct includes Extend Shipping Protection on every purchase at no extra charge to you. All shipping damage claims and missing delivery claims are processed through Extend. Customers can contact Extend directly to initiate a claim or contact us for guidance on starting the claims process. We must be notified promptly of shipping damage or missing items within 7 business days of delivery to provide assistance with the claim. Wolfsburg Parts Direct is not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts reported more than 30 days after delivery.
